● Understanding the Project Cycle and LFM: Learn how the logical framework approach integrates into the project management cycle for better clarity and structure.

● Mastering LFM Structure: Get hands-on experience in developing a complete LFM, including its results chain, indicators, baselines, targets, and sources of verification.

● Risk Monitoring and Management: Explore how to connect LFMs with risk monitoring and management frameworks to mitigate potential obstacles.

● Practical Application: Through actual case studies, practise the development of context and problem analyses, theory of change, and strategy analysis.
